Sales Development Representative

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays an integral role in the generation of new business for our rapidly growing technology company. The SDR will typically be the first point of contact in our sales cycle by helping our Inside Sales Consultants by identifying and cultivating leads that have the potential to become  customers.

This position is a great way to get your feet wet in one of the hottest start-ups around while learning what it takes to become successful in sales. This role provides the opportunity to learn about the technology industry and meeting the needs of our clients. Your role is to work with our Inside Sales Consultants and directly with leads as well.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn about sales for a technology company and working with real estate agents. The position is located in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities
  • Have a complete understanding of The Reputation Shop’s current and upcoming products and services offerings

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to assist our growing Real Estate Software Company in Dallas, Texas! You will be the first point of contact for our clients.

Your job as an inside sales representative is to educate the consumer on the benefits of all our features, products and services so they can make an educated decision that fits their needs. You will be sharing with them the main points of our product and how it fits their goals.

This role requires a self-motivated, driven individual who is goal-oriented, tenacious, and loves working alongside a team of other sales professionals. You’ll also be working in conjunction with our technical support representatives to comprehensively serve the customer.

Compensation is a combination of salary + commission with on-target earnings of six figures at plan with no cap on commission.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and exceed monthly/annual sales quotas 

  • Own end to end sales process (prospect to customer) 

  • Perform diligently and timely follow up on all inbound inquiries 

  • Prospect current database of leads and create new opportunities. Master our current suite of tools (Salesforce, insidesales.com, etc.)

  • Successfully build and manage sustainable pipeline

As a “Client Onboarding Software Support Representative”, you must be a great communicator with the desire to learn technology and help our clients succeed. 

We will train you with the technologies necessary for success in this role, with the expectation that you will help our clients comprehensively learn everything there is to know about our software! Responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching clients how to navigate through The Reputation Shop’s interface, how to leverage our platform and how to take action in applying our best practices to achieve success!

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be solving problems daily and showing clients how our real estate software and marketing solutions can help them generate more business. Our goal is to keep our clients satisfied, loyal, and passionate about what we do so that we can succeed together. This includes, but is not limited to, technical troubleshooting with clients, teaching them how to use our platform in welcome calls and answering tickets submitted by clients submit online. The Client Onboarding Software Support Representative learns our product thoroughly and touches each component. We work comprehensively and look for team members who aren’t afraid of new challenges.

Qualifications
  • Excellent written communication including emails, site content, blog posts, bug fixes and product releases
  • Proactive problem solver that picks up the phone and screen-shares with clients for quick resolutions
  • Ability to simplify technical language and translate it into comprehensible documentation for our clients
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and productivity 
  • Customer service experience, particularly over the phone
  • Knowledge in PPC, Facebook, blogging and social media marketing is a plus
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Knowledge of Real Estate is a plus
  • Knowledge in programming languages a plus but not required (we use Python, Ruby, Javascript)

We are looking for a web designer to join the The Reputation Shop team. You will be working alongside management and engineers to design everything across our platform. While no workday is the same, you would be tasked with influencing and refining the user experience and user interface design for an innovative real estate search platform, CRM, CMS and mobile apps.

The best candidate is a designer who’s obsessed with creating amazing products that change lives (just as buying and selling real estate, for many people, change lives) in addition to learning about the latest and greatest technology. We want someone that gets motivated to make their apps better when they see one that works better than theirs.

Most importantly, we want someone to be an advocate for our users, and help us create products that solve complex, real world problems with simple and intuitive design. Someone dedicated to the craft of designs and is excited about working in an agile and collaborative environment!

Requirements

  • Expert in all aspects of user experience with a passion for product and user interface design, combined with a competitive drive to deliver at an outstanding level.
  • Able to explain ideas and design decisions to management (those who are not developers or designers) through user flow diagrams, sketches, static wireframes and clickable prototypes.
  • Research: Be a voice for our users at all levels of discussion. Constant thought on how to improve use cases and features that improve productivity for our users.
  • Collaborate with The Reputation Shop team to translate requirements into concepts that enhance the user’s experience and productivity.
  • Work alongside managers and engineers to perfect the user experience throughout the product development process.
  • Visualize complex sets of data in ways that are easy to comprehend for our users to help them be more productive.
  • Create a productive, easy-to-use product for our users across al devices and screen sizes: web, tablet and smartphone (iOS, Android, Windows)
  • Demonstrate a strong portfolio of user interface and user experience design work. Show us your process of taking an idea from concept to completion.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a proven record of successfully shipped web and/or software applications
  • Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with excellent communications skills – you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions to developers and non-developers
  • Previous experience working with complex interfaces or information design (complex UI, dashboards, etc)
  • Strong knowledge of best practices and tools used in user-centered interactive design (Page loading, responsive design, etc)
  • Strong workflow and process for design with your preferred tools
  • A solid design background with a keen eye for visual design and interaction details
  • Great working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

The Reputation Shop is looking for a full-time Python developer to work in our office in Dallas.  We are using the newest open-source technologies to create dynamic websites for real estate professionals. 

  • Real estate data is all stored in MongoDB, served up over an HTTP API written in Python/Tornado
  • Several lower-level services built in Go
  • Celery and Resque for deferred task processing
  • Docker, Slack, CircleCI, and ECS for continuous delivery
Responsibilities

We are looking for someone comfortable with web programming, familiar with scripting languages such as Python and Javascript, knowledgeable about database systems (we use MySQL and MongoDB) and willing to learn. We are using the newest open-source technologies to create dynamic websites for the real estate sector.

  • Technical – deliver high-quality software that is well-tested and maintainable.
  • Communication – effectively communicate with The Reputation Shop team members and data vendor partners.
  • Collaboration – we are looking for driven, talented individuals to work with developers, documentation and technical support teams to enhance our product.
