Of course! But, we DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND doing so. While your personal page posts get more views from your network, your Business Page is where all of your business information should go. It builds up your page and above all else, if you decide to start running ads in the future, your page will already be good to go. Although we do recommend sharing your Business Page’s posts to your Personal Page so that your Business Page can receive more cross-promotional engagement.

It is your responsibility to ensure your pages are continually able to receive their posts and refunds are not issued for missed posts. 

 

We send out notifications to your email address on file if our software fails to post to your page. The reason for this could be because you changed your email/password on Facebook or somehow limited our access. As a result, our access token to post to your page was nullified and needs to be refreshed. Don’t worry, we can easily get the posts back to your page simply. Any time you need to refresh your access token, just login to your User Dashboard and click My Profile in the top right. Once on your profile page, click ‘Need to Refresh Your Access Token?’ and you can refresh the access token there. Your posts will then resume after 12-24 hours.

It’s no problem if you don’t have a Twitter account. We’d highly recommend you getting one so that you can take advantage of the posting we offer that comes with your social media management. To get your free Twitter account, simply click here and follow the setup instructions. Once you’ve setup your Twitter account and confirmed your email, come back and login to your User Dashboard here, click on the Twitter tab and simply connect your Twitter account to begin receiving your daily Tweets from us.

Unfortunately Instagram doesn’t allow 3rd party developer access for autoposting to Instagram. While it technically can be done, if a developer is doing this then they risk being shut down for violation of Instagram’s Terms of Service. Instagram is owned by Facebook, so we’d definitely prefer to stay on their good side. Bummer, we know!

Simply login to your User Dashboard here,  go to your Billing tab and cancel straight from there. No long holds or confusing steps to go through.

You will not be charged anything if you quit and stop the service. We do not offer prorated refunds so if you’ve paid for your services for the month and then stop half way through the month, you will not be eligible for a remaining refund. Your service will end and you will not be charged again.

We generate traffic from Facebook + Instagram and push them to the squeeze pages that we create specifically for your brand. We do this because we know it can generate the most amount of traffic at the lowest possible price. You could do this and many do. But the success rate of having tangible leads generated from us versus burning your own advertising budget testing until you get good at advertising doesn’t make sense for most.
